District administration should into the administration problem. At this age it is embarrassing for Darjeeling plus burdensome experience for villagers trying to get their work done at the panchayat snf block level. Seamless and efficient administration helps with the overall development of the place and town. This lackadaisical attitude where a simple server problem could not be fixed throughout the day shows incompetence and laziness.
