Hi Esther. It's the start to another new year, I'm setting achievable goals. I do this every year and I usually achieve what I set out to do. So nice to see you taking time to refresh and renew. You picked an absolutely beautiful place to make that happen. Do you have a special routine on self care. I enjoy listening to other women talk about their diet and health. Hi Penny! I had a wonderful time by the beach. I am so thankful I was able to go on vacation. I look forward to more trips this year! Thank you for video ideas! Can't beat CA to relax! I moved to Marin County 12 years ago from the eastern US and feel as though I'm on vacation every day . . . okay, I'm exaggerating a bit, but there is not a day that goes by that I do not appreciate the beautiful ocean/bay/mountains scenery.
