hey Josh just a cheeky little tip pace on defenders is not very important its better to have high physical and defence fullbacks and cbs with 70+ pace as long as they have the "lengthy" acceleration trait they will be faster than any attackers outside of players haaland who have more pace and the lengthy trait, you can see what players have this trait on futbin ex. this fifa Ruben DIas > totw akanji, ideally high pace and lengthy is best
