If you're preparing for an MBA application and need to study for the GMAT, I highly recommend Target Test Prep (TTP)! I can't stress enough how much TTP helped me with my GMAT studies and it's the main resource that helped me get a 750 after a few months of study. You can try them out for just $1 using my link below! ► targettestprep.referralrock.com/l/rareliquid/

Hello, do you have any guidance on how to create best resume for applying to MBA program?

Given how "closed doors" the MBA experience seems, I'd love to see you document and post more videos of your experience as you go through it!

Hi Ben, I LOVE what you're doing with documenting your journey and sharing your MBA experience. I got inspired to start documenting mine on my channel when I was already in my second year and it has been totally worth it! Apparently there are not too many MBA creators out here on KZbin for people to learn from so keep doing what you're doing. All the best at Wharton!

if you got into undergrad i'm sure you're more than capable of getting into the MBA. imo the undergrad is harder to get into than the MBA

Hey, I'm a medical doctor in Indonesia and thinking of getting an MBA in wharton, particularly the healthcare management major. Can you please give us insight about the healthcare management major? I have been trying to look for insights from students, i have been trying to reach people on linkedin, but didn't get any feedback. It would really help me and maybe other people who are also interested in the same thing. Thank you so much! great video, and i hope you enjoy wharton!

Hello! I am a dentist in Taiwan and also thinking about getting an MBA in one of the top schools. Maybe I can reach out to you and share some thoughts with you? It’s incredibly rare to find someone also with a medical background trying to pursue an MBA degree. It would be nice if we can contact each other through LinkedIn.

is it possible to get into MBA without any work experience? I have just completed my Bachelor's and was thinking about pursuing MBA, but I have no work experience.
@rareliquidcareers2 жыл бұрын
even if it were possible, it's not really worth it. and chances to get into mba without work experience are very slim and you'll likely end up at a worse program than if you had experience

Is MBA today really worth it? All that money just invested in bitcoin could make you far higher return
@remuslupin92 жыл бұрын
Not worth it. Ben would be close to VP in IB if he never left
@dac89392 жыл бұрын
@@remuslupin9 that is what I thought. Not to mention, imagine how much money $150k costs invested in bitcoin some other crypto and some good growth stocks in just 5 years. Could be over $1.5 million from passive growth and no hard work. I think the glorified MBA days are behind us. After a good college major rest can be learnt online and few cheap books on Amazon.
@remuslupin92 жыл бұрын
@@dac8939 yeah i really don’t get why he’s doing this. historically MBA’s are paid for by companies but he’s literally taking on debt to do this. interested to see what he does after this because I don’t see many options if his youtube stuff flops. no one gets an MBA to then go find a job, and the kicker is that if he hadn’t quit his jpm job, he’d be very well off right now and not living in debt

am in the process of making a video explaining why i'm going but short answer is that while i do have financial goals, i didn't make career decisions post-banking based on money. i love entrepreneurship and long-term i think it will earn me more than any other job
@dac89392 жыл бұрын
@@rareliquidcareers I understand but you can do entreprenuership without needing a MBA from top school. People will already be impressed with undergrad and analyst in investment banking. Better to either skip grad school, only do if been paid or if need for new corporate role. Investors will not care - they invest in any good idea regardless.
