Could you maybe talk about how you found a friend group so quickly? I am also on my year abroad and I find it sooo hard to build a friendship circle

Just know it’s actually unusual for friend groups to form this quickly. I did a year abroad and took a while to meet ppl. Also, most ppl can’t afford to go out as much as Lydia does

From experience, put yourself out there n join YA groups etc! You will meet many more people that way x

Also to add to what I said before, join a club if you have a particular hobby you enjoy. I joined a choir on my year abroad and loved it x

facebook groups and activities, hiking, swimming, dancing (salsa, bachata, kizomba, lindyhop) groups, sketching events, pub crawl events. Search for some groups and events and eventually you will find it

yeah I agree with the above comments, it is unusual, I've never found a friendship group this quickly, so I'm very lucky! I met one guy at the airport out of pure coincidence, and then my other friends at the mixer that my accommodation put on! So if there's ever opportunities like that, I'd really recommend pushing yourself out of your comfort zone and going!

Hey Lydia, hope you’re well I’m happy, good and well thank you good afternoon love this first week in Copenhagen Denmark weekly day in the life video. I’ve have really enjoyed this first week in Copenhagen Denmark video. It made me feel happy and grateful as well! Frederik’s church is so realistic and amazing such a modern church too. Amalienborg place is lovely and it’s a interesting and fascinating shape in Denmark! Courtyards and museums are both good and great places. The Rundetarn tower is a magnificent and light city too. Glad to hear you enjoyed a successful bike cycle! CBS campus in Copenhagen is great for loads of people in Denmark. The boats are wonderful and fantastic too! Amager Strandpark beachfront is so nice and gorgeous and calm. The beach is nice and beautiful as well. Coffee and banana porridge is so delicious and good. I like porridge too. I like porridge with milk apple cinnamon and honey as for toppings on a porridge bowl. Apple, cinnamon, honey and milk is a good combination for porridge. You need to try apple milk cinnamon and honey on porridge because it tastes so great. Botanical gardens is nice and relaxing too. I loved the botanical gardens so much as well! Tropical plants and flowers are really attractive and stunning. 🏝🌴 🐠 🦋 In fact butterfly house is so magnificent and delightful to be happy with all of the butterflies too. I love butterflies they always make me comfortable. Frediksberg shopping centre is nice as well. The containers are helpful for you to organise your bathroom in your student room. I love containers to organise everything that I would like to keep in one place. The elephants are so beautiful and pretty too. Elephants make me feel good.🐘🐧 🦓 I can’t wait and delightful to see another study aboard Copenhagen Denmark weekly day in the life video coming from you next Saturday morning at 10am uk time too. While you're in Copenhagen you should definitely visit Mad & Kaffe! I went a few years ago when I was in Copenhagen with my mum and I genuinely still think about the fries I had 😂

I think she means 2nd time in the city, cycling in Copenhagen is a norm for basically everyone living there but in the UK not many people cycle as transport, so she's probably not used to the rules of the roads/cycle lanes. (I could he wrong though!)
