From what I’ve seen, people get promoted to other roles like AE , CSM , other manager positions, or even pivot out. You have the other side too of, you get super productive in your role lol meetings, quota, family, and etc…

Does the company provide your internet, or do you have to use your home internet?

Good question! My company does not, but there are my companies out there that have WFH comps or stipends ( especially fin tech companies ). Basically what that means is, they will give you up to $800 sometimes $1000 for your WFH set up. Some companies even give sign on bonuses within the tech field. Must of what I’ve seen though on my side is, you will have to have some form of Wi-Fi / internet connection.

@@jayski596 not really sure. What I can say, is that there are many companies that allow you to work from home, and because of that, you are able to work for many companies. I had a guy on my team that lived in South America, and his day started when we were logging off. So it depends on the company, product, industry, and leadership.

@@WW-lm5ji It went great! Learned so much, built long lasting relationships, and made some good money. I’ve decided to elevate into something else, but many people I know have went to SDR to AE, or to CSM role or Account Manager. Once you break in there are so many avenues.
