I must be honest I had never heard of FND I had to google it. You beautiful lady, you have been very brave . I admire your openness and honesty to show all on camera. I love the machine that is in front of the tv (5.37) your house looks very cosy. Your meals look amazing, if I lived nearby I would be in everyday scrounging! Very small criticism, I had to keep stopping the video to read the text as went off too soon and the music came on at a different level but other than that you did an excellent job. Well done and keep it up. you will get there if you are determined. I will keep wartching if you keep posting. x

Wow that's very kind of you. I understand what you mean about the texts. I only use my phone to create the video so I'm limited and not very techno. But I'm trying and hope to get better. At the moment I cringe when I look at myself as my left is very weak due to fnd and I have to hold the phone really close up. Hopefully I can get a stand. I really appreciate your advice/ constructive criticism and your lovely feedback. I'm nearly finished weekly vlog 3 but it's alot shorter and unfortunately I've got the text in but I could possibly talk about what I've texted in vlog 3 if that's OK. The machine in front of the TV is my diffuser from amazon and thanks again...you've made my day 😀
