Creating your brand is the way to go. It is highly recommended that you file for a trademark, just make sure that you do your research and not be impatient so you will not make the same mistake as Juliana did.

She needed to rebrand since her trademark logo was declined. There are a number of reasons that could cause this, the most common one being a similarity with existing trademarks
