Hey, I had that Insignia camera! It was a decent camera as my memory serves. I used to put it in my pocket and managed to break the little plastic selector on the back, but it still mostly worked after that. You just had to use the zoom control to move up and the rest could still be done on the bottom selector.

I remember my first camera was a camcorder my Dad had. It shot up to a nice crisp 480p. But most of the time I just shot in 240p because I didn’t know I was shooting in it lol. I just knew it gave me more time to record 🤷‍♂️

I started my KZbin channel back in 2007 where I had a Sony digital 8 and then I got a Sony mini DV and now fast forward 2014 I got a Sony CX 240 and a Sony CX 900 a lot has changed of course my very first camcorder before KZbin was even a thing was a VHS c camcorder I've always liked your videos.
