Make it into a fishpond resort and resto with a river cruise. Plant flowers and fruit trees in the sides of the ponds to make it beautiful then build a kubo or cottage there.

You should turn it into some kind of a fish pond eatery/paddle cafe... Dishes include the fish, crabs or large shrimp (lukon) that comes from the pond (various types) and refreshments... Then people can also paddle board or bike boats (look it up - bikers can attach their own personal bikes to it) or paddle boats... Since the river has a wide area and is secure from the ocean... 👌👌👌
