For whats its worth made me feel better about the -12 I have taken Harry. But invest while ahead I think is the way to go. Feel like I am set now for at least 8 GWS with a starting line up Of Becker, Virgil, Gabriel, Timber, Salah, Saka, Palmer, Enzo, Jackson, Isak, Jao Pedro and great cover on bench of Hall, Amad and Konsa.

Barring injuries and rotation. Salah is due for one. You so have a nice squad though. I've been trying to figure out ways to get Becker in for saves potential. I hope he doesn't rise in price!

@@mohitoBhau5499 Thats why I went Becker as well and I think the double arse defence has a better chance of goal returns because of set piece threat. I think Becker rice is still locked so you might get away with it for another week.

I’ve taken a few -4 this season. The main reason was price changes. Had I not taken these hits, I wouldn’t have been able to buy the players I wanted. It’s been worth it over the long run. My Team (including in the bank) is worth £105,3 Moving fast to avoid price drops or rises has been good. My OR is 4K, and I have always made my Transfers on the day of the new GW (Saturday afternoon) I never wait to see if there are injuries. Never had an issue with this.

At the beginning of the season I also focus on team value cuz chances are, even an extra 0.5m itb will gain you points over the course of the season. That said you’ve been lucky that nobody you’ve brought in has been injured if you never wait for news

Slot doesn't play Trent the same way Klopp did. He is more focused on defensive side of his game. I highly doubt he gets many attacking returns this year.

TAA is currently only 1pt behind the top scoring defender, he's still not fully fit and is taken off early in many games.

Your new chip plan feels so much better than the one you mentioned yesterday. Wildcard 30 seems a lot better as you then don’t have to manage a blank 29, the assistant manager chip and a double 33 all just with free transfers god that’s just too hectic. I’ve written down your new plan and wow it looks so much better than yesterday’s haha I will be following it. Mystery chip will be used it 25/26 for me. Feel much better about it, the anxiety is gone. Haha, thank you.

Th captaincy choice is very debatable. Yes Palmer hauled against Spurs, but that was thanks to penalties and in the Southampton game prior, he was frankly underwhelming and had to nick a goal from Nkunku just to bag a return. On the flip side, Salah has not blanked in his last 7 games and had a double digit in 6 of them. He even scored in the champions league this week. So overall, yes Brentford are a leaky side and Palmer “can” deliver but it’s hard to ignore Salahs incredible consistency for hauls and to me it’s a gamble to bet on Palmer out scoring Salah to justify the captaincy.

The fact palmer is on penalties is exactly why you captain him, it's not some sort of accident and his data against Southampton was outrageous (2.15xg) but salah is more consistent

@@markgreenaway8666 Salah is also on penalties so why not captin him? My point was more around consistency of converted potential especially in open play. Yes Palmers XGi was high vs southampton, but ultimately he didnt convert those chances and that Game week Salah converted his. Palmer is not hauling as frequently or consistently as Salah. XGi is great but if that's all we use without the end result we would all still have Eze in our squads. And to clarify, I also have Palmer because I think he is good, but I personally do not think he is better than salah as a FPL asset. Just look at their respective points hauls for the past few games.

@@Maxrodon There is no right or wrong answer captain who you want, Palmer at home tends to haul a lot more then he does away so its very close, he also has a rest mid week vs salah who doesn't(not that salah needs it he's so consistent)

I think everybody is panicking about their defense. Nailed afc and lfc defenders are the only ones providing anything resembling reliability. I got a pretty big green arrow last week despite my entire defense putting up a mighty 3 points. The worry is that you just end up going around in circles trying to fix it or taking a -8 to bring in anderson and huijson!

I absolutely like the Isak move! Some downsides: 1. You'll be stuck with JP forever, and even if you bench him most weeks, you'd start Enzo every week. 2. Alisson for me is the best Liverpool defensive value pick. He allows Wood for JP (a huge upgrade in my opinion) and maybe even Iwobi for Enzo (a luxury move). 3. Enzo, Rogers, or Amad aren’t bad picks compared to Iwobi and Kluivert. They have similar stats per 90, but starting them both most weeks is the big downside. 4. If you buy Alisson, you could get another Arsenal defender with set-piece threat, which I think is better than doubling up with Raya. Maybe I’m overthinking, maybe not, who knows.

You really want to switch out Semenyo for Enzo? Iwobi in 17 or Eze in 19 looks so strong going forward. Enzo and Rogers is not that strong unless you are moving one of them out in 19 for instance.

I don't mind taking hits, especially after a rocky start, and even more so if it aids the building of Team Value in the first 1/3 of the season - I've taken hits of -24 this season, from a start of 4.4M, 3.2M in gw8, and now 445K. My Team Value is 104.6 for: Raya, Virginia Trent, Ait-Nouri, Timber, Hall, Colwill Salah, Saka, Palmer, Mitoma, Rogers Isak, Cunha, Pedro

I would not take a -8 hit in your circumstances. First I would even roll the second transfer even if Gabriel does not play. It is marginal the difference between a Bournemouth defender and an Everton defender in GW16. I think Grieves might also be back in the starting line up. Next GW 17 I would swap Ait Nouri for $4.3 defender and sell Cunha for Isak. Semenyo is erratic. It can make a return in any match or blank for a few. Bournemouth is not good converting . But surely Semenyo generates many chances and plays average nearly 90’

Always a big football fan , since August I became obsessed with FPL and find you are the best streamer with deeper knowledge of the game and of the EPL. I happen to have a similar structure to your Team in particular in defense with Kerkez instead of Ait Nouri. I am going to go all the way to TAA Iin GW18 and transfer colwill or Dunk or Burn for Rico Lewis this GW. Incredibly I have the same money in the Bank but only one transfer free. Thanks !!!

I have taken a couple of hits, very unlike me but I have saved money and my team is two moves away from a team as your planning. Your the Master but to me having a strong team and building transfers up as I plan is the thing to do, especially with the new chip.

You seem to be a little too trigger happy this season Harry. Not sure why you buckled on Isak so quickly a couple GW’s ago. When you make transfers, see them out for at least 3/4 GW’s. Things change quickly. The -8 isn’t necessary at all. You don’t want triple Chelsea attack it’s too narrow and Enzo isnt 100% nailed. I’d hold fire on Trent for a couple GW’s and reassess.
