Only reason I stayed in this game week is captaining Salah instead of Haaland. Helped moderate the damage from people with Palmer with most people captaining Haaland. (And also Delap brace helped a bit)

Pep didnt start Foden from the get-go because, returning late from the Euros, missed all their pre-season games and training. Then, he was ill during the first few games. Obviously, Pep wants to gradually return him to the team, let him watch City play, so he is reinvigorated and ready. A great FPL pick, way cheaper than Saka and Palmer.

Don’t think Diaz’ minutes are guaranteed long term . For me Palmer is essential , the guy just looks different class . Foden maybe a quality addition but I’m really happy with Rodgers Semenyo Saka Palmer and Mbeumo

I like Foden but I like him less with Rodri and De Bruyne out. City are a weaker side without Rodri, and Foden didn't do that well on points when De Bruyne was injured last year. A good opportunity but maybe not as good as it seems.
