My mid 70's Garden Tractor, this thing is built like a tank. My freind gave it to me and after some fixing up, its a great little tractor to have around the shop.

You wanna make sure to clean the deck off, you don’t want the deck to rot out.

I so wish mine was Hydrostatic, if I could find one for parts I would retrofit mine. Catch my new vider, I found the correct Dozer Blade and it works great!

Very expensive to work on and change parts for Or at least mine is. I have a thing version and I only seen maybe two on KZbin that had a twin in it. All the others had singles. And if it did have a twin it was a newer version. I got one like yours with and old twin in it. Starter went I have to rip the engine out lift it and do everything. It would cost $400 at a shop to do it. It just sits now waiting for me to get around to it

Is there a rear pto on that 16

No.. just a belt would run a tiller. My John Deere 140 H1 has a rear pto, and my H3 has rear Hydraulics.

There are many videos on my John Deere 140s on my channel. There are playlists there. One video where I installed the rear pto
