The wheel gets heavier because a car is designed to have very specific suspension geometry at its factory height. When you lower a car you throw the geometry out.

Possibly slower than a stock one at street speeds. By adding more power to C63S all you do is increase the amount of wheel spin. You don’t actually go any faster. This car would be absolutely useless on the street.
