Ever heard of Sixth sense? Plus I can read most people. I’ve seen eyes like his before on people that have been abused, before they snapped. I grow up in the worst town in Michigan and I went to school with a few people that’s showed no emotions what so ever and their eyes always had that cold dead eye stare. They might blend in with other people but the eyes ALWAYS gives them away. Look it up and you can find people that committed murder and see if they have either have crazy weird eyes, dead stare or happy crazed eyes. But cold dead eyes are the people with deep dark problems.

The only logical conclusion to this is that his uncle abused him in some way or another. He showed clear signs of long standing sympathy, kindness, and general willingness to make other people happy, which would lend evidence disprove any claims of mental instability or sociopathic behavior. If he hated his uncle it would have to be for a reason, and because it was predated for who knows how long, the only reason we can infer is sexual abuse, and to not bring it up because it would deface the uncle's image is worse than his murder.

Agreed. I think the blurred line is where she said she's pretty sure his uncle molested him, and abusers are usually charming to everyone as it helps groom the victim and keep the victim isolated, so it would make sense that everyone adored him
@gennapintor31367 жыл бұрын
This was my first thought too. I thought I was kind of twisted for it but it does make complete sense. No one knew the motive, which is something a sexually abused person would want, for people to not know the pain he went through especially if he was straight and was being harassed by a man, he would never want people to know. And having that pent up anger for years, if this were to happen to him as a child, he would grow to resent his uncle and just finally break.

I use to work in superior court. Request a copy of the indictment. It will detail what happened. You may be able to request the police report from the police department that handled the investigation. You can also write to Kirk in prison and ask him or even ask to meet him at the prison. Of course, that is intense and something you may not be comfortable with. I just want you to know your options. His presentence investigation report would have all the details but that is not a public document so you unfortunately cant get that. His plea deal must have been at the legal advice of his attorney which leads me to believe there was substantial evidence to tie him to the crime. I suggest you look into requesting copies of the plea bargain transcript as he would have to be given a series of questions to answer to show he is competent, not coherced into pleaing, and admitting to the crime. You can also request the sentencing transcript. Criminal stuff is public information. Let me know if you need help navigating the court system.

Perhaps he was molested by his uncle? As a victim of molestation by my own uncle, I could totally understand why someone who was abused would snap and kill the molester.
@anon91107 жыл бұрын
Yeah I agree. I personally wasn't molested but I did suffer emotional abuse and physical abuse by someone close to the familu. They are just pure evil and there has been times in arguements, during physical fights where I felt like I could kill them. I've wanted to because they are literally good for nothing other than causing misery. No just in my life but others. She abuses and bullies someone wity special needs etc. and gets away with everything. But she would love for me to try that shit on her and end up in prison. As much as the bitch truly deserves to be dead and aa much as people would benefit from it, I shouldnt let it fuck up my life. The abuse that I have suffered has caused me to have extreme rage and it can be hard to contain that. People who do not suffer from it cannot understand what its like. Its like trying to tame and control a beast but you got to in order to avoid prison. Sometimes normal people can snap and do unnormal things in the spur of the moment. Maybe Kirk got into a physical fight with his uncle, threats were made, no one was there to stop it and the fight just escalated into murder. Its possible he was molested by his uncle and because of sha me, never admitted his motive. And maybe he got into harder drugs and that didn't help his impulse control.

@itsaubrey80106 жыл бұрын
I'm 99% sure that Kirk's uncle sexually abused him. There is just so much of the case that lines up perfectly. 1st Point- If Kirk immediately plead guilty with no motive, that would make actual sense. Rape/assault victims are often too embarrassed to speak out about it. There was no jury because Kirk plead guilty, without a motive. 2nd Point- Shane blurred the message that was "a little too touchy" from the girl that knew Kirk very well. Could that message have been about the topic of rape or sexual assault? Not only that but in that specific message, the girl mentioned that Kirk hated his uncle. We wonder, "why does he hate his uncle?" 3rd Point- In the 2nd part of this series, Shane's friend stated that Kirk never had a genuine smile and that he had looked the same throughout years. Kirk probably never changed because he didn't even have the emotional motivation to change himself at all. After all of the sexual abuse (or something else) probably made him just crumble inside. He never looked happy in any of the pictures. You could tell he was just putting the smile on for show. 4th Point- Kirk according to Shane, was always kind to him. Kirk was most likely kind to Shane because he knew the pain of being torn down by someone. He wouldn't want Shane to feel the same way that he did. -THIS IS JUST A THEORY I don't know for sure if it's true, it's just my theory on what could have caused Kirk to snap like he did. Thanks for reading if you got this far!

This was the first thing that came to my mind! I know it’s not right to make assumptions and it is just a theory that has no plausible evidence but that would explain this. It’s common that these things happen within families without anyone knowing and for him to do such an awful thing there has to be a reason. If he had just snapped and lost the plot then he may have murdered any random person but he specifically targeted his uncle. Just to clarify though although sexual abuse is an horrific thing it doesn’t warrant or justify (nothing ever does) murder. Plus the fact it is just a theory! No disrespect to the family or anyone involved

This may just be me, but it sounds like he might have been abused by his uncle. The fact that his Aunt forgave him, even considering he just killed and burned her husband, and said that his uncle would have forgiven him too, seems fishy. It sounds like guilt to me, like she knew what was going on. This is all just speculation, but i cant think of any other reason why he would suddenly just do this

Okay guys, let’s be real. Shane without a doubt is one of the best youtubers out there! Like seriously. He has some of the most original, real content out there. He never complains about editing his videos or uploading (literally a fricking queen at uploads!) And even though he is very comedic about his weight and other things in general (honestly, most the time has me in stitches!) his just a big inspiration! His been through so much, as we all have, and came shining on top. He is proof that as long as you believe in your career, loosing that weight you might not be comfortable in and in those relationships you may have lost and most of all yourself, you can do anything. I love you Shane! Keep on being you. Love a devoted subscriber xo

Shane is almost 30 years old. If you paid remotely any attention to him throughout the years, you must know his true passion is in directing and creating content he truly enjoys. He‘s matured, he’s obviously growing as a person, and even establishing a family for himself - you are naive to think he’d be making fluffy slime and giant Reese’s cup videos for the rest of his life. Again, his almost 30 - it’s been years since he’s started. Allow him to grow and change and find himself as a person without giving all the shitty “we miss the old Shane” comments. Give him a break. He’s creating amazing new content. If you don’t respect his growth then you can leave. Bye 🤷🏻♀️

A guy that I went to middle school and high school with that was popular just killed himself recently. He lived in the same neighborhood as me and I had a small crush on him ever since I met him. During middle school we were in the same circle of friends and we had all our classes together and he was really nice to me but once we got to high school everyone went their separate ways and he got into drugs. We would always say hi to each other when we saw each other but the last time we talked was before a school dance my junior year of high school and I was really drunk and I had taken a lot of xanax. I was really depressed at the time and I was hoping to take enough pills to kill myself but he told me to stop. No one in my group of friends saw how much pain I was in but he saw right through me and he told me I was to good to treat my body that way. He actually took care of me and I never got to thank him. I heard about his death last week and it broke my heart. I wish I could have been there for him like he was for me that night but I wasn't. He probably needed more saving than me and I wasn't there. My biggest regret is not being able to save him.

Not trying to push, but how did he die? You said you both were into drugs at a certain point, so... Did he OD or did he do something else?

This reminds me of a tv show called Twisted where the main character goes to juvie for murdering his aunt. We find out later that he was taking the blame for his dad so he won't go to prison when the dad is actually the murderer.

when i heard uncle, maybe it's a sign of how dark the world is, but like many others i instantly thought maybe some kind of abuse or he found something out..
@fountainPoison7 жыл бұрын
My mind went to abuse as well. Abusers are really good at hiding what they do and to everyone else they can seem like the nicest, most generous person. It also makes sense because, especially for men and boys, being abused is shamed and even laughed at. A lot of people won't even believe you if you say you were abused. I imagine if that WAS going on, he likely didn't believe he could tell anyone and sought justice on his own. Maybe if he was using drugs like was said in the video, that might've been what pushed him to go through with it. But that is just speculation.

@nicolew88687 жыл бұрын
Could be why he couldn't put it in the video as there was an allegation of abuse, it couldn't be proven as the man was murdered.
@mlind-je5jn7 жыл бұрын
I thought the exact same thing. It seems like there was sexual abuse possibly going on (or had happened as kids). I feel like Kirk isn't a cold blooded murderer, he seems like he was actually a good person. Something had to have happened with his uncle to have done this. And as shane says it was not likely he did it alone, the siblings suggestion makes a *lot* of sense in this theory.. It's a very sad one.

I feel like Kirk might of been hurt by his uncle in the past if you know what I mean. I’m not trying to jump to any conclusions but that’s what I think

That’s what I thought too. I hate that I’m making that assumption about a man who was murdered but with it being blurred for sensitive content idk...

Maybe his uncle had molested him, when he was young and he is ashamed, and dont want to talk about it, and The anger bild up inside of him foure years, and years and he got so in ragh becuse of, The nightmares and lack of sleep, that it drove him mad and he killed him.
