If you are at a stationary location you can make air condition by digging a trench 6-8 feet down, temp is 48-52F, place some PVC pipe in a loop and cover back up, hook a 12v computer fan to blow air into tent, fan can operate from a 40W solar panel/battery setup.

I'd run into this idea before. Its used in designs for earthship housing. But what I'm not sure about is how big the underground area needs to be for it to work good? Thanks.

@@noahriding5780 The longer the better, with air intake at one end of pipe and fan/exit at other, the longer air is underground the cooler it gets, but I don't think it has to be a linear run, could have several 10 foot PVC pipes side by side with U shape connections forming a 50 foot run in a 12' long x 4' wide trench.

Now that sounds like an awesome idea. Dig the trench wider and not as long @@miken7629

OH I get it! I had to read it a couple of times to get it right. Your idea is really good. Thank you.

I'm a retired logger age 50 and i'v been homeless in Washington state for most my life im kinda spoiled i live in my hometown and there's one other homeless man in Duvall so i don't have to fight for street corners or camp sites but with the growth of this town i'm running out of camp sites and no one has taken me on as a hobby yet! It's not all fun & games on the streets or in the stixs i call it in the brush because I live in the brush not on the streets this new building boom is having a hard time swallowing my being here before there like we moved out of the big city to get away from them meaning us stray cats i call us homeless
