1 egg (Reserve the yolk for the top)
200 ml of warm milk
100 ml of warm water
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 pack (7 g) of dry yeast
80 ml of oil
550 - 650 g of flour (The amount of flour depends on its quality. Add flour in control)
1 teaspoon salt
100 g of butter
grated cheddar (200 g)
1 tablespoon of milk to the egg yolk
Sesame
