I only remember Snake Man due to some old Megaman Soccer game I played on the SNES many years ago. I remember him because his ability was, in my mind, the worst one. It turned the ball into a snake, launched it at high speed towards the enemy goal, but would stop dead if it hit a opposing team member. Cut Man, on the other hand, turned the ball into a pair of scissors that shredded the player it hit and took them out for a small amount of time at least.

The devs really said, "Random Bullshit, go!" when making Centaur Man. He can't jump, despite having 4 legs, and despite that, he can teleport over short distances. He's a tour guide at an Archeology Museum, and his stage is water themed. In his spare time, he gambles. And he threatens people to fall in a hole in space? Also, he gives you a way to stop time or an arrow, depending on the game. I'm with Kyle here, "The fawk?!"
