As a guy with a few hobbies like playing guitar and video games u know the standard guy things, I have to say cooking has been one of the most satisfying and rewarding hobbies of them all but it took me a while to appreciate the effort and value of this. Some of my friends are married and they literally live by way of door dash and they really never cook. And it's Really probably the most under rated hobby or past time there has ever been especially in America for some reason. Part of the excitement of my days off is knowing im about to experiment and cook something sick tonight. Doesnt always land but when I find a new way to make something I can't wait to share it with my people. I honestly never expected to enjoy cooking, I think people might even not understand that I actually just like to cook for people. camping, bbq, weekends, special days/holidays, always a great time to have people over and cook for them.

Nice job Kai. Here are my tips: 1) For better quality steak, buy 100% grass fed. Tastes way better. 2) For the broccoli just roast in the oven. Sprinkle some olive oil and your choice of seasoning. Then throw the broccoli into the oven. Leave broccoli in oven until crispy.
