SuJu and SHINee both advised EXO when they were starting out to work on stamina and keeping their vocals steady; they told them to sing as they ran on the treadmills. Not only does this build up the stamina, the lung/oxygen capacity, but if you're able to run and sing at the same time, then stage performances will be no biggie. I know Xiumin said he followed his sunbaes advice.
