This was a very heartwarming reaction. I love how deeply affected everyone was-I felt like that when I first saw this video/heard the song, too. Isn't it amazing how music and emotions can transcend language? I want you guys to know that "Thanks" was completed in very short time. Svt release "Clap" in 11.06 last year. When they release a new song, they got several music show every week about a month, and did fan sign event. So their daily routines were like : preparing show in early morning→ performing their stage→ fan sign event→ practice over midnight. + They also had to prepare some awards special stage. They show over 10 songs which ever shown before until release Thanks. Thanks was made in that tight schedule. Woozi, main composer, composed 6~7 more songs before "Thanks". Hoshi, main choreographer, changed choreo until after filmed MV. All members slept less and worked hard for Thanks performance. Even their show oberlap with Olympic. It means many music show had cancelled. And they had only 2 weeks cause there was Japan schedule. (First, it was only a week but extended to 2 weeks with good reaction). Hoshi said if there were more time, he could make it more better. They could release Thanks after Japan schedule, and fully prepared as well as they want. But they didn't. Only reason was : they want to show this stage to fans, before Japan schedule. They did REALLY hard work for Thanks more than other songs. I'm not English speaker, so there can be some mistakes, but hope u guys don't misunderstand it😂😂

I'm touched by your reactions.. SVT admitted they really worked hard for this as this is one of their special song. They literally dedicated the whole era just to say thanks to Carats. The choreo itself for me is meaningful. Not to mention they added sign language 'Thanks' to let deaf people know what the song was about. The elegant yet powerful moves also made me hold my breath in awe..

this was the first seventeen video that i saw and the ballet movements when the first chorus hits made me cry because it's so beautiful and smooth, and seeing them all really putting that emotion into it was something i hadn't seen in a while. i love that in this choreo particularly they really take advantage of having so many members for the formations
