I am a suicide survivor. When I returned home from the two month hospital stay, my friends, thru me a welcome party. It put me on the path of hope. Glad you made it.

As someone who attempted suicide hearing this story made me cry when I tried I was alone in a bathroom and after I realized I wasn't dying I was still alone and had to recover on my own I wish I had a friend like yours who was by your side the entire way you should feel blessed to have someone like him

My best friend shot him self August 4 2019 he lived for 25 days passed on the 29 . How I wish this could be him an I . You are both blessed to have each other. I think 🤔 about John every day we were friends for 43 years he was 10 I was 11 we bonded right away we did it all as kids first beer fast cars Hot Girl Friends man I miss those days You guys got a second chance An I am so glad you did . I survived an OD in 2019 a part of me wanted to not survive but I felt hurt that I impacted my family so much and friends too. Took until 2022 to realize I do want to live but now I'm struck with the fear of death now and it's so unbelievably unbearable. I truly enjoy life and want to live but it came with a price of the fear of death
