The cooler temperature is better for coloring them up than heat. They like lots of sun but cooler temps so they'll color up while not getting burnt 😊💚

The poor Farina on those leaves.. I'm cringing over here lol. Im not sure if you knew this, but it's really bad to touch the powdery coating on those types of succulents. It acts as a sun protector and shouldn't be removed if it could be helped. it helps to keep them healthy too. Just a friendly tip from one plant friend to another 😊

Your “Mexican Giant” looks nothing like a Mexican Giant. I have one in my collection and it looks much different. Yours is a champagne. It totally is a champagne. It’s just gotta be. I think it must have been mislabeled. I own a few champagnes and that is EXACTLY what they look like. Also another thing I wanted to add is I think the reason your Echeveria shrink or stay so small is because if you don’t repot them in the right sized pot you “bonsai” them by keeping them in smaller pots and not giving fresh new potting soil. Great collection though! It’s sad that you are struggling to keep them alive and are giving up on them. Echeverias are pretty much all I collect and they never rot on me. As long as I don’t over water. I check the bottom leaves to feel if they are shriveled or squishy and if they are then I will water. I also have them in terra-cotta pots mostly. All grown indoors under strong grow lights. I water once every two weeks. If I wait 3 weeks they are extra thirsty. ☺️

Since you don’t like your echeveria you could always sell them to someone who loves them!!! Like me! 😂❤

Honestly, I can't longer stand you toughing the plants like that. Beside the fact you are removing the protective bloom, you distress the leaves and anything can cause a blemish. They should be touched as less as possible.

To right once you look after them all of them (succulents) they rot I now just leave them to get what they need from nature 🦘❤️🐨
