For people that don't know, downtown Toronto (and just all of Toronto in general) is notoriously expensive and often compared to NYC and LA prices. I can't even begin to tell u how much this all would be, + groceries, + bills. My hats off to her for working so hard for this!

@@mikenelson8377 the location. The downtown core here is like downtown anywhere in a country because of all the tourism spots, infrastructure, just the overall city experience. This apartment I bet is 8k a month, I live close to the dt core and my cousin for example pays 1.8k for a tiny spot in my building, 1 bed 1 bath tiny and an equally tiny kitchen. She essentially is loving in a moc penthouse so you could imagine how much the real deal is. Tbh I’ve never seen a ceiling that high in an “ apartment/condo” . And 2+ rooms/bath , almost impossible

I'm glad to see a person actually living in a Dt Toronto Apartment. Tbh it looks more of the size of a condo/penthouse that can easily go for 1.5-2million. A lot of my friends who live in Dt have almost no one on their floor due to foreigners buying for investment and having it just sit there - which makes it harder for Ontario natives to be able to afford it. Plus she really makes use of the space! Your home is so lovely!!
