I am so happy for you! I remember when I first learned gainer. I was soooo scared of that move. I always thought I was going to neck it. The way I learned it was by doing tucked cheat gainers and progressively straightened the run up until I was completely straight.
@trickstervas10207 жыл бұрын
Thanks man!! You learned cheat gainers first? I still need to get those but I really want gainer flashes next that’s the ultimate goal for me right now. I’ll probably just do the opposite of what you did gradually curve my set up haha
@nahshuagriffin40227 жыл бұрын
Ha yep. Gainer flashes are so cool. I don't do them as often but when I do it feels wonderful. It's also a crucial step to gswitches

can you do another video on side flips and explain it more plz. Also any advice would help thx! also how did u get help?
@trickstervas10206 жыл бұрын
I did make a sideflip progression no commentary however... I did not get any help with the sideflip other than KZbin videos trust me I watched everything to do with side flips on the internet. But man were sideflips a tough one for me! What helped me the MOST is to get something to flip over. That seriously helped me to stop moving my shoulders around and to actually jump! Watch every video you can, go on Reddit ask for others advice in /tricking or /parkour those guys will help you a lot. And if you aren’t already, record yourself man. You’ll be able to see everything that goes wrong and I’d be very willing to watch as well so I can help you better. Good luck my man if you get a video please share it with me I want to help
@gamma35636 жыл бұрын
TricksterVas Thx you so much! I actually have a few videos ironically enough I recorded to make one of those progression videos. Also I tried to do what you did on your side flip. When I put the item to jump over I could'nt jump over it. Other wise I will try to get clips for you I will upload them on this account. Please dont mind my stop motion though, Im not that open about it but thank you so much I was starting to get aggrivated.
@trickstervas10206 жыл бұрын
Italiangamma87 of course anything I can do to help! Tell me if you do get the chance to upload a few clips and don’t stop trying its frustrating but know you’re not the only one who has struggled :). Give the sideflip over height another try too

im scared to do a backflip any advise
@trickstervas10206 жыл бұрын
Yes! This is how I taught my friends to backflip it’s the most progressive way I know. Please check out this guys website this is it anthonymychal.com/backflip-fear/ all you need is two friends and if you’re still scared a soft mat. As a summary you basically start off with your friends heavily assisting you through a “back flip” and end up slowly removing their assistance throughout. I’ve taught people how to backflip with this method in an hour I really hope you give it a try! :)

I feel like I should because it gives me satisfaction knowing people actually get something out of my videos. I have one in the works but I’ve just been lazy getting to it. Thank you for the support!
@solus79766 жыл бұрын
ofc man! it feels good to see someone of my relative skill level instead of people who are already basically professionals. just out of curiosity, how much new stuff have you learned off camera since your last video?
@trickstervas10206 жыл бұрын
Not a whole lot, stuff like back handspring, gainer flash, and back full which I am very proud of. A few other little things here and there. Any tricks you learned recently or are learning?
@solus79766 жыл бұрын
oh nice lol i used to be able to back handspring but i haven't done one in like half a year, I'm pretty sure I've lost them. I've learned punch front stepouts recently and I'm working on connecting them with round off back tucks. other than that standing websters and running gainers are the only 2 things I'm working on rn
@trickstervas10206 жыл бұрын
Front flip to round off backflip is something I’ve always wanted but I hate front flips haha. Yeah man I didn’t particularly have the easiest time with the gainer I hope it goes better for you

thats not a gainer, havent you seen a j step and know what blocking is??
@trickstervas10204 жыл бұрын
J step is only one way to initiate a gainer. There’s the straight set up, and hop step too. And i do know what blocking is or else i wouldn’t have landed the maneuver.

God bless u all. It would be great to accept Jesus now before its too late. He cares for our souls and so do I. He died and rose so that we may spend eternal with Him. He gave us His Holy Spirit to help us. We are not alone. The choice is yours. Jesus loves us.
