If i were you , i would choose a much smaller room first of all so that can avoid empty spaces inside room,then will keep steering wheel setup very close to the screen , then tv screen and eyes should be at same level of height , then coming to games if you want to feel like driving a real car try to play simulator racing games like assetto corsa competizione , gt7, iracing . Anyways as a beginner this is good . Keep going
