That's organic. It comes in container looks posh, you can try it. Seaweed is believed to be loaded with good stuff for roses. You can also try Fish amino prepared at home. I did twice last year.

Never heard of that. I have seen and people suggesting to use Confidor, Imidacloprid, Monochrotopus. I tend to stay away from these. Been using Kem, Neem oil + soap, Saaf as fungicide. (Pure systematic/contact fungicide)

Where are you based. In summer generally when the temperate goes beyond 33 new shoots and leaves would burn. Even I had faced it on some plants. You might want to move plants under shade net or move to a location where they do not get the hot afternoon sun.
