FYI. The “S” stands for seconds/store. Means it had a very small blem and they didn’t sell it as perfect.

I wanted to share some info for GEC so you are aware. The 1st 2 numbers are the pattern. The 3rd number is the blade style. The 4th number is how many blades. The last numbers are the year. Below are your knives. GEC 49 pattern is a 2021 GEC 06 pattern is a 2019 GEC 89 pattern is a 2021 GEC 72 pattern is a 2023 FYI. 2006 is when GEC was established. Hope this helps.
