Kohlrabi belongs to cruciferous vegetables. You can eat raw or juice it for cleansing. Love it when top it it in salad like the korean radish. It's similar to that flavor. You can also use its green leaves like kale or cook with soup or like the taro leaves with gatta and krispy bacon over. Enjoy your cooking. It'll be yummy. Chicken tinola is the best soup to eat during winter and for cold/flu bec it has amino acid ,better use spinach and a bit lemongrass ,you can order online for sayote and lemongrass .Archie cook them chicken curry u can use chicken breast ,broccoli ,cauliflower,potato,carrots etc.
