It is very simple. No man needs a woman who insults, undermines, or makes fun of him. A marriage or serious relationship is about the two of you against the world. When a woman undermines you the relationship is then her attacking you. It always makes me laugh to hear women be completely ignorant to how a man feels. I thought they were the experts on emotional maturity? What happened to their monopoly on empathy? Imagine this: Guy is always making fun of his girlfriend's weight, especially around friends. Constantly talking about how pudgy she is, calling her 'pleasantly plump' and so on. Would those just be jokes? Would that be okay for him to do? Amber did the equivalent thing to Matt and acts like it was all fun and games. So he gets his body right, which in turn gets his mind right, and he realizes how heinous this heifer is and dumps her.....just like a woman would if he kept making comments and remarks about her weight. When he checks her, she dismisses his concerns and blows him off (and not in the good way). And, like most women nowadays, rather than take accountability for her actions, she tries to gaslight it and make it his fault, even when she's supposedly apologizing. "You took it the wrong way." Also, "tell him I didn't mean any harm".....by belittling him in public and in front of friends for my own sick amusement *_for a year._* Matt took 'my body, my choice' to the best extreme available to men.

Gym junkies are a joke. Walking and being active is enough for me. My late wife used to go to Gold's Gym but I was never into regimented exercise. I actually played basketball and football in high school and was always active in my life. You should break up with her.
