Y'all did a good job in the end. When you had that oil in the pan I was screaming for you to turn down the fire so I was not surprised when you came back to say there was an almost "incident". I am happy that everyone enjoyed it, especially my "detox soup" friend. 😉😍❤

Kofi, we have both the red and yellow peppers in Ghana, about 30 cedis for one. It is the green pepper that we leave to get ripped. It's sweet, not hot. Welcome to America, though
