Danzo did alot of unnecessary shit though. I get that he wanted the best for his village, and the uchiha massacre was somewhat an understandable approach from his perspective. But the Hidden Rain incident manipulating Hanzo to turn against the og Akatsuki was literally done just to make him more hate-able. There's no possible legitimate explanation for doing what he did. That's what I think atleast.

@Alonso Alé He did technically lose and was about to be captured, if Hinata didn't jump in, Naruto likely would've been taken. However, he was needed if they were gonna have any chance of surviving, so it was a big risk but a necessary one.

Naruto still was fresh with his train and new power and also the Intel was given to him and he executed it and found out nagato himself and made him turn off his ideas. Also wit Orochimaru attack on the village the first thing they did was secure the civilians but with pain attack it’s so sudden and destructive. They really did a good job with Pain as a villain and these scenes, it’s sets a tone that the village is in terrible danger..

When Orochimaru attacks the village, the Hidden Leaf were prepared for any eventual attacks since the Chunnin exams was on the village, so that’s why there were more security. With Pain, he uses the guerilla warfare strategy, create chaos as a diversion and interrogate people about Naruto whereabout. The village was less prepare than Orochimaru’s attack

Nagato was literally coughing blood at this point and he STILL bodied Naruto. There is also a factor of Naruto having intel on every single Pain body but that has significantly less relevance considering that would he show up before Pain nuking the village he would have beeen dragged through the mud in a motherfucking millisecond with or without the intel.

I don't think so. If Guy uses the 7th Gate, then he can't fight alongside Kakashi since his raw power is so great he could touch him during the fight. And the 7th Gate is clearly not powerful enough to take down Pain. Guy had to use this to face a Kisame who didn't even have Samehada and Pain is waaay stronger than Kisame.
