I dont know if youve noticed, but once you get to Bond level 10 with a Nikke their Lobby and AFK dialogues chamge. I first noticed it with Rapi and it genuinely surprised me. Most of the new dialogue also usually relates to the event of their bond stories too!

Fun fact: that neo armstrong cannon dialog option in neon's bond story is a reference to the anime/manga series "Gintama" and was the name of a snow sculpture made my the main character. It looked exactly like you think it would given the context

Episode 1 of the Rapi story is literally the same when you and your mom go somewhere on business, to the hospital or the bank :) if you think about it, considering that Rapi crossed paths with RH at the end of Red Ash. This means she must already be over 50-60 years old for sure. Well she's definitely the mommy of the squad 🤣

Yeah the counters bond story most likely play in the timeline before the chatterbox incident with wardress. So the commander its utterly clueless. Which kinda makes sense and it doesnt, because one sure the training of a commander only lasts a year, but in the other hand how come he was never aware of how things where in the ark?

Like in south korean society. Hierarchy is king.
