I was in last place throughout most of Season 1 but I was gradually gaining popularity for my superstars and making profits, and then on week 23 I finally went from 3rd place to 1st and put on a near perfect WM which sealed the victory for me. So this GM mode is definitely a marathon and not a sprint.

Same here getting all the good arenas and advertising lights and crew helps with fans also ... but I spammed charity promos during ppvs once I got to not needing money 😅😅

My 1vs1 season was exactly the same. The cpu was relentless at putting on good cards then in the last few weeks just fell to bits some how

Noticed that CPU GM's on hard gain mad money and don't get injuries. I saw them do Rey Mysterio vs Walter. Both had under 10 stamina. No injuries. 5* match.

The progress on the HoF is the ranking priority now rather than just fans or money, so you should focus on the 'challenges'. I think they randomise each game, and you might need to do some weird stuff like sign a certain number of free agents.

The turtle strategy is definitely the way to go cruise and gradually build do just enough to not fall to far behind and when you get to the pay per views you go all out

I heard that's a glitch...or a bug cause there was another content creator that was able to put titles on the line in triple threat and whatnot. I was bummed about that too

I’m using wcw on my playthrough and I’ve been having to put on a lot of normal matches etc due to my wrestlers losing stamina way to fast from normal matches and the odd special matches but I’ve climbed upto 1st by having 2 trophies and everyone else has 1 and I’ve got a decent roster together now it’s just annoying having to constantly change up matches which have rivalries going due to low fatigue etc but I’m really enjoying it so far, let’s hope they add title matches for triple threats and fatal 4 ways! Can’t wait for episode 2 broski!

Rivalries are more difficult to develop this year i think. It often takes 2 PPVs to establish a rivalry on level 4. I like it, as it is more about the season itself now than a hopping from PPV to PPV.

I still think having the developmental brands play the same (draft budget and ppv frequency) as the main two just feels off. I think it's even moreso now than in 2k22. With the adjustable budgets and trophies now I'm hoping in 2K 24 we adjust the mode so that if you are playing one of the NXT brands there's some restriction to keep players from having Wrestlemania main event talent on the developmental brand but your GM goals balance it out. Idk maybe make a trophy for NXT/2.0 GMs for having their wrestlers snatched up by Raw and SD during redrafts or getting so many wrestlers to gain so much popularity each season, idk

I know it would be more time consuming, but I was wondering if in the future you could spectate instead of simulate some of the matches or maybe just the main events so that there was some matches to watch instead of simulating each one. I'm new to these games and your channel so if its harder I understand.
