I wish the lenses of my glasses didn’t make me look like a kind of alien, because they make my eyes smaller than normal and very far from each other and for this reason i stopped wearing them because i always liked my frames

I find that what looks good with my glasses depends on the glasses shape! I have lighter coloured frames so that my eyeshadow can be more visible. Also I find that when I extend my eyes more outward in any way, it looks good. With my current glasses, eyeliner doesn't look as good. With my old, circular brown frames, it looked good when I didn't bring the eyeshadow up that much. Also putting concealer or something brightening righhhht in the middle under the bottom lash line looks really nice. Glasses tend to make my nose look bigger so I like contouring my nose a bit, focusing it at the bottom parts of my bridge. Also, near sighted people's glasses make their eyes smaller and vice versa. My glasses are metal/silver, so I make sure my jewelry matches rather than gold.

biggest thing for me when wearing glasses is eyebrows too!! i always do a little extra with them when wearing my glasses :) btw i'm so obsessed with you and your videos WOW. you're gorgeous

I only wear bb cream, kohl and lipbalm/benetint while wearing glasses. I have really great lashes so my mascara stucks to my glasses so i avoid it. Your eye look technique with glasses is amazing😍 I would surely try it in future❤️

I hated wearing my glasses because my prettiest feature is my eyes. I usually focus on my eye make up even way back in college. When you wear glasses, they cant see your long lashes or your features better because of this box thing. But lately, ive been struggling without it- i cant even see my professor's face when she is discussing (im on my 2nd degree now, lawschool.) Even if I went to our building looking all glam up and girl next door, i suffer the consequence when i arrive at my assigned room. I cant see the board, even if i sit closer in front i still cant see a damn thing. So, after wasting 30-60 mins of time wearing make up- i pick up my eyeglasses and wear it. I will look myself at the mirror, and im back to my dull look. Thats why ive been looking for a good make up styles for small glasses because i just dont know how to look good with them. 😥 Thank you for this video, it helped me a bit.

@@yas4141 Just because you don't actually need glasses doesn't mean you can't wear glasses. Checkout any boutique such as Claire's and you will find several racks of really cute glasses with no prescription of course. Just like "Sarah" is doing, you can change your "look" quite a bit simply by adding glasses to your "look". It's a lot easier than changing the color of your hair or even your hair style. Glasses are now considered as jewelry as well as being a fashion accessory. I'm an optician and work with six very attractive young ladies, five of them wear prescription glasses and the one that doesn't started wearing a nice pair of non-prescription glasses. They all have the option of wearing contacts but they seem to prefer wearing glasses.
