Well what if you stretch your 4c hair in twists or braids previously? I think you would be able to achieve something similar... use the same method and thicker products then put a scarf over to set it all. Even though my hair is not 4c it is difficult to comb and get it that sleek, and these are usually the methods i use. I hope it works for you.

The thing is we see these videos of these women giving tips on natural hairstyles and hair care however everybody can't wear that type of style or the type of product they use in their hair may not work for your type of hair people get hyped up about these videos and the results but knowing their results might not come out the same just keep that in mind

And if you have really thick or kinky hair this style will need a lot of extra steps to get it to work her hair is very thin and fine where my hair is very thick and coarse between 3b-4a type of hair but I could rock this style but my bride come out puffy so my hair would have to be extremely wet and conditioned
