This was so fun! I really want to get back into hobbies as well, it’s so hard as “an adult” for some reason

Thank you!! I know it is really hard to make time for hobbies as an adult. This is the first year that I am actively trying to make time for them :) Of course here I mean hobbies outside of language learning! I hope that you get back into your hobbies too!!

You are so inspiring! 🧡 How was it getting back to the violin after 20 years? I'm also thinking of getting back to it (although I was pretty much just an upper beginner when I quit). I also really love how you spent some time talking about your hobbies, as someone who's also passionate about them! I haven't seen a lot of creators do that.

Hiya!! I am so happy to see you found the video inspiring :D It was equally fun and frustrating getting back to the violin. Frustrating as I had to relearn everything again. However it's honestly been more rewarding and fun practising and learning as an adult!! I hope you get back to the violin too :)

Interesting! Which part of China are your grandparents from? I thought maybe your parents are from Hongkong or Canton, so you want to learn Cantonese. But actually from India... wow By the way, i am a native Cantonese speaker who is learning Hindi, do you have a plan to learn Hindi, too? 😁

Hiya!! My grandparents are both from the Guangdong area! My mum side of the family are Cantonese speakers and my dad are Hakka speakers. So yes you're right! I am mainly learning Cantonese as it is my heritage language :D I would really love to learn Hindi one day!! How is it going for you?
