comments stay on i need to get this off my chest, not knowing how to talk about this with other people well, im putting this here despite not liking to post vents/rants. this is a small story and reminder ⬇️ in the last video i made, of the LPS ice bath thing, it had one of my sisters in it. we aren’t biological, but we were really close. we bickered a lot but sometimes we would still get along just like normal siblings. she is gone now. she isn’t in my life anymore. i truly am not aware of how she is doing, or where she is. i miss her dearly. i was separated from her and her older sister not long after this video was published due to a very wrong, pointless, misunderstanding incident. ive always blamed myself for it, cried myself to sleep because to me it always portrayed itself to be my fault. i wanted relief but everything bothered me, nothing felt the same after it. emptiness has filled me whole, and i haven’t still felt a correct way to fill the void. my mentality has improved over the years after that, but i don’t think I will ever feel the same. i want everyone to please live in the moment. you will never see something coming. life is a rollercoaster. It can be scary but you can also have fun. cherish the ones you love, as i took it for granted.
