Goodwill was restocking their shelves as we shopped and Christmas in July was in full swing! I found one of the most expensive hard goods items I've ever seen at Goodwill in the "gold metals" section... it was priced at $79.99! Not only did i find this gold treasure, but I found treasure in just about every aisle, and my cart was soon full. Thrift with me and learn what to bolo and what to leave on the shelf and why. The little green vase is perfect for quickly collecting some pretty dandelions or mini roses from the garden. Your videos are my favorite. Always so chill, calming, informative. You're too sweet.

12:43 Dog - The artist is Amilcare Santini (A. Santini) from Italy. You mentioned that the dog is resin. It may be Alabaster. He made sculptures, doves and other figurines out of Alabaster that looks just like that dog. I've never seen the dog though. 💜

A tip on items that use the disk type batteries that are about the size between a nickle and a quarter.... the dollar store sells tea lights that use those batteries and sometimes you can get a set of two or six tea lights for a dollar.

Enjoyed the Video very much. It was disheartening to see how much Goodwill has raised their prices!! As a consumer I think I would away from many of those items. They were priced too high for someone just coming in to pick up a few things at a good price.. I hope they don’t price themselves out the average consumer and the resellers who were loyal and gave them a steady business! JMHO! Also loved vide of Bear…..he is beautiful and getting so big! 😊

Tiffany I applied you so very much and I appreciate you taking the time to teach us about items I would normally pass by at the thrift shop. We had the same small avacado dish/vase whatever it is. And the hobnail basket boy that stuff takes me back. I seen in your footage at Goodwill a set of dark red wine glasses . I know that they are from Avon because my mom had the complete set . I thought that vintage Avon was worth money? I must check up on that . I wasn't sure if you missed the wine glasses but I know you have an eagle eye so you probably did see them lol. I'm into DIY projects and so this really helps me not to take something of value and slap a bunch of paint and mod Podge on it !! Lol I have been thrifting since the 80's I am from a small town and I liked to dress different from the other girls. I remember going to a club one night and 3 girls had the same dress on from Reitman 's actually. Lol I like to be unique and I ALWAYS buy things on sale or clearance. I NEVER pay retail. I have to mention that I thought that some of the prices at that Goodwill were extremely high . Especially when it's donated items. I loved the Pepē Le Pew ornament. Oh I have to say that your Bear is so beautiful. Watching him run down the slide. His fur is as so beautifully shiny he reminded me of night and calm still water . Beautiful baby!! Bear is so Amazing. Our local humane society had a black German Shepard. His owner passed and the family took him there. It broke my heart when they highlighted him this week. BUT he got adopted this weekend and will have a great life. As I know the family. They have a female Shepard so he will have a sister. I have to admit I have been very emotional because my Sissy n My Sweet Momma passed last year this time 2wks apart. And We had an Akita that crossed the rainbow bridge 4yrs ago. I seriously thought about it. I said a prayer about it. Not yet.

Examples: stoneware, drip glaze, resin, clay, ceramic, and so on. Perhaps in order of value. Hi! I love your videos and I just asked my daughter if she would take me to Goodwill, ReStore tomorrow. I don't drive any more, so it's hard to get around when she has to work. @18:40 in that basket/bin there were a pair of pink wheel roller skates!! If they were at a thrift shop around here and my size they’d be coming home with me. I’ve loved roller skating since a young girl with the steel wheeled ones that tightened onto my shoes, then right up to my 20’s I was always at the rink dancing away. I’m 60 now and last year before my husband suddenly passed away he told the boys that he was getting me brand new skates, well he passed a week before our 31st anniversary, so because gifts were all bought we put it off until October/21 and that’s when I received the most gorgeous pair of skates!! They look exactly like this, 🛼🛼 hopefully soon I’ll be able to try them out. Have a ton of fun!!🛼🛼🛼
