Congrats you can’t go wrong with a Sub date, however I prefer your Explorer 2. Incidentally own both myself but have the black sub date and the polar Explorer 2 amongst a wider collection. Sub doesn’t get much wear it’s the Explorer 2 I grab most days.

Explorer II is an incredible watch that still blows me away every time I pick it up. Once this honey moon phase we’ll see what is my go to watch as before this it was the explorer II. Explorer II does everything the sub does and then some I see why it’s your go to. Love my black dial but white dial is amazing as well

You have a FANTASTIC collection, Brandon! I have just gotten into horology and collecting watches over the past year. If you have not yet read Rebecca Struthers’ book; “Hands of Time”, it is a MUST READ for anyone who is a watch enthusiast! I have a Seiko Prospex Alpinist with “Mystic Forest” green dial. I also have a Citizen Pro Master diver (green bezel😉), with their cool Eco-Drive movement. That is a great watch. Yes, I am a SCUBA diver. I really appreciate your video on Jomashop. I recently purchased a Hamilton Khaki Field watch from Jomashop and had a wonderful experience buying from that company. That watch was in mint condition and has been perfect! I am wearing it now! I love the exhibition case back. My next watch will be the Omega Seamaster 300m, white dial! I am selling some of my firearms to be able to afford it, but I WILL be purchasing it from Jomashop. That will save me right at $1,500.00. After my awesome experience of buying my Hamilton from them and seeing your two videos about that company, I have ZERO reservations about purchasing that watch from them. Sounds like you a great collection going for yourself, 3 awesome watches. Very cool that you scuba dive, I have only been snorkling and I feel that is amazing. I really should try scuba sometime. I’m glad that my joma video was helpful! You will absolutely fall in love with the seamaster. You will be blown away by the finishing and detail of it. Just wait to you see that movement through the case back, it’s very well detailed. Becarful selling the firearms, don’t spread yourself too thin. I have sold a lot of my firearms off a number of times when I have to move such as Alaska back to mainland as I couldn’t drive through Canada with them and didn’t want to go broke shipping them . Always regret getting rid of firearms and now I’ll try to never have to sell them off again, good to have on hand if need be.

Fair enough! I think your right. Looking back at it I can’t come up with a better word. Having them both in my box I just never can picture myself choosing to put on the seams yet over my new watch. I may hold onto it for awhile to see if after the honey moon phase wares off that changes but if not I may let it go. I've had a couple hundred pieces in my 14 years in the hobby. Love my Rolex's and Omega is my #1 favourite brand,. But my Panerai is my #1 favourite watch, ever.

Wow what a collection! Rolex is definitely my favorite brand and my favorite to wear. I see why you really like omega, when I got this last watch I told myself I’d let the seamaster go and it was not that easy to do once I held it in my hand again lol. As far as Panerai, they are absolutely incredible. Actually having one in hand and on wrist I think would make anyone a believer. They wear so unlike anything else and are so unique.

glad it’s going well. we only have one left wrist, and consolidation is a good process to go through. life is too short to spend a day wearing a watch which you’d rather replace with a watch you have at home in your case. that said.. I’m trying to come down from 34 to 14 🤓 so maybe I’m not as ruthless as you 😁 I have the SARB017 🤓 still, but that’s one i think I’ll let go here in the UK as I have the green dial OP like yours, and I don’t think it will get much wear. I have a couple of Panerai models, can see why you like yours. I have Explorer IIs like you too.. excellent watches. I’m not into the Seamaster, but the colour you have is the best model imv: those blue hands 👌🏼 congratulations re the Submariner. very nice model. your three Rolex pieces are top class. you could consolidate further into those three, and still be very well set.

I agree with you 100%. It would be hard for me to sell my sarb017 as i got married while wearing it, I kind as well hold into it for my daughter and it’s a smaller size so she can probably wear it well when she’s older. For you if there is no emotional attachment I can see why you would let it go. The green OP is an awesome watch and covers your green Watch criteria already. I love the explorer II as well. If I find myself only wearing the Rolex I’ll definitely probably have to let the omega go and maybe the Panerai. Or if they call me for a Daytona or sky dweller or something really cool 😆

the Hulk is a previous model with a green dial as well as green bezel. fwiw i prefer the Kermit/Starbucks. the black dial makes it a proper tool watch imv.
