1927 capitol chev truck 4 cylinder engine, ,3 speed non sycromesh gearbox ,delco Remy starter ,and generator and distributor ,carter up draught carb, the speedometer is a ac brand ,6 volt ignition system

The engine won't want to turn over if the transmission is stuck in gear. Get it in neutral or try depressing the clutch with a ratchet strap. Carefully remove the spark plugs and squirt some diesel/atf mix in the cylinders and let it sit a week. Bet you can get it running.

You should get the engine unstuck on that old truck . You could google most of info up on the truck . I think with some time she would fire up

Ese es modelo 1927 es igual a uno que tenemos todavía en casa que lo compro nuevo mi abuelo alcance a ver el dinamo el carburador el tanque al vacío que remplaza a lo que hoy sería la bomba de nafta las luces forma redondeada con los aros que apretando el vidrio de aluminio el velocímetro que a medida que gira ese pivote van apareciendo los números marcando la velocidad a la derecha arriba amperimetro abajo precion de aceite motor con una salida de escape bueno eso anteriores son todos con una ecepto modelo 22 que salio con tres el 28 salió con dos

The "MODEL A" was FORD. IF THIS IS A CHEVROLET TRUCK "IT IS NOT" A MODEL A! My wife and I had a 1927 Buick Country Club Sport. The kid at the lube shop told me, "FORD DIDN'T MAKE BUICK! 😡" My response was, "You're so very correct." It's a Buick, not a Ford DA!
