recipe and ingredients:
1 kg of ground beef
Grate 2 potatoes
Grate 2 onions
Grate 2 carrots
Dice 1 red pepper
chop the spinach
4 cloves of garlic
2 eggs
Salt, pepper, paprika
Mix well
Baking tray lined with parchment paper
Form cutlets
Place on a baking sheet
Use a spoon to create relief on the chops
Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C
salt sugar
20 ml of 9% vinegar
40 ml vegetable oil
50 ml of water
Mix well
Chop 1 red and 1 white onion
Chop the parsley and dill
add marinade
Mixing
Let marinate for 30 minutes
200 g sauerkraut
4 pickled cucumbers
Chop 1 onion
Pepper
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
Mixing
