I agree, it looks good But i did not have a blender or electric whisk, nor use 8 oz sweetened condensed milk when it come in a 12 oz can, nor access to dark chocolate or hazelnuts. She was born in 1888 and passed away in the 1970s.

How rich the history is, and how each region has it's own specialty foods. I came home with so many new recipes, but more than that, I gained an understanding and appreciation for the recipes, and why they came to be.
