Egg - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Onion - 1 pc.

Ground breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoons.
Salt - to taste
Vegetable oil - for frying
For the salad:
Ruccola
Salad mix
Black pepper
Cherry tomatoes
For the dressing:
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Mustard - 1 teaspoon
Honey - 1 teaspoon
lemon juice
Salt, black pepper - to taste
