Read books, plan your life, sleep a lot, listen to good music while walking and seek for help if you get but remember this is your kid in your womb, you have all the power in the world to take every damn care your baby needs . I was only 137lbs at 38weeks when my son arrived. I vomited nearly every day too. He's nearly grown up now, but what kind of effects wld this have had on him? I was slapped often and just so concerned and anxious all the time throughout my pregnancy, which is probably why my son came as early as he possibly could, while still being safe!

I speak from experience when I tell you that your son will do things his daddy did and your jaw will drop, your heart will explode and your eyes will light up. My two sons do this and the older they get the more it happens. He did not meet our youngest and our first was 2. Now they are 15 & 17. I cry randomly and always lift my head up and let God know I thank him for my blessings. I remind myself to keep strong for our sons especially because I owe it to our love ❤️

I had a false dowry death case to fight all these years and finally won it and then got remarried. I thought the new one will understand and she will look after my son n family. But it all went wrong!!! She made me leave my family and my son now.. just living life lifeless sometimes!.. But i have a strong support system where my mother looks after my son n he now understands what all I went thru and what am going thru.. I just don't understand what to do sometimes.. I meet my own son saying her that I had some personal work or something! Sometimes, I think I made a wrong decision by remarrying!

One thing i have seen in lots of shorts the health condition of our youth is terrible nd one have to look towards solution ...like blood tests ..ecg regular doctor visits ...nd one should keep an eye on health status...health is wealth😊
