I really recommend thin chuck steak (about 1/2 inch or less), which is cheaper, super delicious, juicy and surprisingly tender when cooked properly, it's what most of us in the north use
@Bingboimealprep3 ай бұрын
Do you cook the chuck on the grill or slow cook ? Thanks !!

@@Bingboimealprep on the grill, that's why it needs to be thin, over charcoal would be best

You can always ask the butcher to slice the ribeye really thin. With today's meat prices I'm seeing a lot of thin steaks because people can't afford the thick ones.

You need the tower battery operated table fans, especially since you host so much and works great when outside. I love mine

@@meatgravylard Did you watch the video, outside....drinking beer, talking, dancing, then go to work the next day and do it all over again that evening.....Americans get McDonalds and sit alone in front of a TV....

@@pavelow235 That doesn't happen, it's a made up feel-good fantasy gringos use to replace the reality they can't admit. Just to be sure I went for a walk last night and no one was dancing or listening to music in a celebratory way. Mostly the people with a TV were sitting in front of them, probably wishing they had Mcdonalds, you know, like the average Mexican.

Do you wash your hands? You put one glove on, used both hands to transfer the raw meat, then the gloved hand to grab the marinade from the blender and then both hands for the rest of your prep and cooking?
