My Hacked Wii Menu (UPDATED)

Wii menu running on virtual Wii. Unfortunately I couldn't get the Riiconnect Theme working like my old Wii, as it would be bricked immediately when opening a channel. Hope you enjoy! If you have any questions fell free to leave them in the comments, I'll try my best to respond.

Just imagine if they release a Nintendo Wii memorial edition. It will look just like the original launch white Wii which will include HDMI, it will come with every Wii game built in, well not every Wii title; only the most popular Wii games such as Wii sports and sports resort, Mario Zelda etc, all games remastered in 1080p. The Wii menu will look the same but it will be in 1080p as well. It will come with all of the original channels but remastered. Including the weather. It should have KZbin channel and Hulu etc just like Xbox and ps5. So basically just like how hey rereleased the NES and SNES

I use some wad forwarder, let me explain. I download my games on an USB/SD card to store my games. Then use some app (WiiGSC if I dont missremember) to convert his wbfs gsmes to wad forwarders. Or, that's at least my method.

Make sure the folder of the wii game you want to make a shortcut of is called the official name, plus the disc id at the end. Example, a folder for mario kart wii would be called: "Mario Kart Wii [RME01]". Then inside it would be your game renamed too: "RME01.wbfs". If you need the disc id, google is your best friend. Just search it up for the game your using.

Even if you have custom firmware on your wii u, you still have to have custom files for the virtual wii on the wii u. I cant necessarily provide rom links, just know there is a website called mariocube. Join the google group and you can get access to a bunch of wii games in different formats, and even some modded ones too.
