Hey Karen you are gorgeous inside out … I really love the tips and good hair cleansing habits and also can you explain if there is a way to reverse genetic hair loss where if either father or mother had alopecia the children can suffer too… to cut short I have been experiencing huge amount of hair loss these days and my mother has been suffering from female pattern baldness .I am 35 by the way .any solution ..?! Aw, thank you! Yes, I think you can prevent it from happening to you even if it is genetics. If what you are talking about is alopecia areata. This can be stopped and prevented with a healthy lifestyle change ( Meaning managing stress, getting enough sleep, lowering your cortisol level, etc.) and nutrition. Stress is the number one trigger of it and if you consume a lot of inflammatory foods. It can worsen or trigger it. If you can avoid the things I mentioned above, you have nothing to worry about. The thing about Alopecia is that hair grows back and it is not permanent. There are lot of topical products too that you an use to grow back your hair. :)

Hi Karen I started having grey hair since I turned 25, henna/beetroots never helped colour my hair so I use naturtint hair colour, do you think kerotin products will work on coloured hair? x Sonia

@@SoniaJoseph-f6y Hey Sonia. Yes, it will help as a topical treatment. However you need to address the issue that you have internally too. Meaning you have to consume more iron rich foods or take in iron supplements. :)
