Translate what she is telling i can't understand

She says that she oils her hair every day except maybe just once in a week. It’s important to moisturize the hair just like the skin. Then she uses overnight soaked or fermented rice water kept overnight( just the rice water). Store in the fridge after fermented- keep it in the fridge and the next day use it and keep it on hair for atleast 30mins and then wash. Don’t use any harsh chemicals. The fermented rice water stinks but no pain no gain but after washing the smell goes away. Mix little coconut oil and the rice water and damp on your scalp with a cotton ball. You can use egg with the yellow if you want on the hair before washing everything off. Only press it on your scalp. Be patient with yourself. You can use methi powder also. Rice water can dry up the hair so after sometime oil it again to avoid scalp dryness. Massage as you see her do so and tie it up. Soak your hair for 30mins -1hour and then wash it off. Use only a light weight towel to wrap hair. Use a serum. Do not use the serum on roots but only on tips as it gets too dry. Hair combs are important - so use wide teeth comb.. it deranges easily. Do these regularly but don’t expect results overnight. Consistency is important. Don’t use hair dryers atleast 90% of the time except if it’s too important.

You're right... we should wash the rice min. Of 2 times before using for ferment!! I recommend to watch detailed videos of 'rice water for hair' to understand before using. But if u use it correctly, its a boon. For both hair and face 😊
