I helped open a Celine concession in Neiman Marcus, and it was one of the best retail experiences I've had. Being able to handle luxury bags of that calibre and learn about them was absolutely fantastic. The craftsmanship is like no other. Handbags really are works of art.

I have never been a designer handbag person but I really enjoyed this video! The idea of a zipper pocket in the back of a backpack is very cool! Also in love with the way that Strathbury bag opens.. very simple to get in and out of yet no one does it!

The Celine all soft bag is my favourite: it is so beautiful and elegant. You've got a great collection Fleur! I was wondering if you'd consider maybe making a video about how you store them and tips to keep your bags in a good condition even though you use them? I'm a student so I only have cheap bags (max 60€) but I can't seem to take good care of them and I'd love to have some general tips :)

Good idea! I splurged on a MiuMiu bag and I am disappointed with the quality. It hasn't held up well, so sometimes I think designer bags are really just expensive because of the brand. I would love some handbag care tips!

Keep them stuffed with bouble wrap and store in their dust bag if they don't come with dust bag buy some cheap pillowcases. That way they keep their shape and stay dust free.

The best quality you have is being honest with your viewers. You are the only one that I am subscribed to that is, which is why I keep watching. Fleur one thing you can do with the Zara bag is to put the chain under the front flap so that it actually supports the bag from drooping. Loved this!

If you are going to splurge on anything, i think designer handbags are the best choice. No matter how much you spend, you WILL use it and often on a daily basis which gives you more bang for your buck/quid. Designer handbags, if taken care of, can go up in value, especially if they are considered vintage or timeless. I would rather spend on a designer handbag than a designer outfit.

I've been waiting for this video :D I just got my Bachelor's degree and thought of getting a designer handbag as a present to myself, to remind me of that milestone. I first wanted the Céline Luggage, which I find gorgeous but I think it's just really unpractical because of the straps. So I was waiting for this video for some inspiration.

KJ G Thank you :) I do love it. But from what I've seen the straps are quite short, so you can only carry your stuff in the crook of your elbow or in your hand. Therefore, I wouldn't put a lot of heavy junk in there so it completely defeats the purpose of getting a big bag. I'm thinking of getting a 2nd hand Chanel :) or the Céline trapeze :)

+sbiiine same!! i'm about to graduate and I want to get a really nice handbag as a gift to myself as I am totally obsessed. I wouldn't recommend the trapeze btw, I heard it's not practical, and it loses it's shape very easily. some people have had to get it repaired because it's not the greatest design. you should watch Charles Gross on youtube he gives great advise about what bags to get and he really knows his stuff! I credit him with the little knowledge I have about hand bags lol

What a fantastic collection! Your collection is good quality too; no Michael Kors rubbish. The best thing about designer bags is the resale value. I have bags by Dissona, Tignanello, Soprano, Coach, Calvin Klein, orYany, Sharif, Jack French London, Aimee Kestenberg and Maxx New York and I change my bag and wallet every few weeks and I keep using the same bags for years. I love matching wallets and your collection makes me feel much better about having so many purses!! So, I'm not alone in having too many bags. Happy bag shopping!!

+Reveye Yep its full name was formerly Strathberry of Scotland. It's an interesting brand. The whole premise is luxury for less and it had a Kickstarter campaign to fund one round of orders for its bags.
